Bullnose tile profile sheets

Bullnose tile profile sheets are produced from pre-painted galvanized steel that is light weighted and strong. Therefore they require fewer supporting battens than traditional tiles which means a reduction in costs.

Bullnose tile profile sheet specifications:

Battening should be started at the rafter and performed as follows:

- first slat aligned to the end of the rafter;
- centre line of the second slat 25 cm away from the centre line of the first slat
- centre line of further slats 35 cm away from the centre line of the previous slat
- centre line of the last slat can be placed at an optional distance (max. 35 cm) from the previous slat

We suggest to fix the tile profile sheet to the slat enabling 10 cm overhang above the eaves. The screw should be 5 cm below the transverse folding of the sheet.

The screw should be placed to the part of the sheet lying on the slat.
