Sandwich panels

Sandwich panels are incredibly useful materials to form strong lightweight structures used in everyday life.

Sandwich panel consits of insulated core and skin material, which protect the core. The skin is made of pre-painted galvanized steel sheet, the core is Poyistyrene (EPS) or mineral wool.

Use of sandwich panel is increasing, because a light, aesthetic and fast solution to build insulated roof and wall.

Our insulated sandwich panel offer meets the requirements of the current building practice. The skin is cold rolled pre-painted galvanized steel, the core is insulating material in different thicknesses. We produce roof panels with polystyrene (EPS) and mineral wool core as well.

The top of the roof panel is 40mm high profile, the bottom of it is plain sheet or micro profile. The connection is strong with groove.

We cut sandwich panels in requested length. If the length of the roof can be covered with more than one panel, the panels must be overlapped, but in this case the core must be removed under the overlapping.

Sandwich panel for wall

Sandwich panels are produced in several size selections and two different types of connection for wall of lightweight structure buildings and warehouses.

The layers are prepainted galvanised steel sheets, the core is insulated material in various thicknesses. Wall panels are being produced with polystyrene (EPS) and mineral wool core as well.

The top and bottom of wall panel are two kinds of wall profiles or plain sheet. The sandwich panel for roof can be fixed onto the frame horizantal and vertical as well.

Wall panels are being produced in two different connections:
- normal,
- hidden.

Colors for outside:

Only 0,4mm-0,5mm RAL9002 white color is available.
